Blue portrait II

The blue portrait again, in thick strokes of blue, teal and gold.

A painted portrait in a gold-edged frame of a bald figure facing straight out, built from thick, textured strokes of deep blue, teal and cream, against a background of gold leaf, blue patches and a panel of gold-outlined cells.
